Predicting the consumer demand should be done by Zara Company bearing in mind that a new trend emerges from an existing one. Taking this line of prediction will enable the company to manage competition and move forward to take the top business position. Agility should be boosted in Zara designs through the strengthening of the existing measures. It has been observed in the case study that this firm has all that is required for efficient agility as stated in the findings above.
